We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. The location was perfect as well. The only thing was the washer broke on Wednesday but it was fixed by Friday. Stacey offered to do laundry and brought us clean towels. I would highly recommend staying there. When we come back for a beach vacation, we will stay there again. Stacey was excellent to work with!

Great rental house and gated neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. The 2 neighborhood pools were great. The house was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the beach cart, chairs, and toys. Access to the garage was a bonus. Communication with the property manager was easy. Highly recommend!

The rental was very clean and accommodating for our 9 people, quite affordable. We did walk about 1000 steps to the beach, but most of us liked that! We met some nice people. The gated community was peaceful and the heated pool was great too. I had to book an extra night because of the cancelled flights into Denver. The owner was kind and allowed us to book one more night. Also there is a nice store called Alvins with all the beach vacation clothes and toys and everything to make your stay enjoyable. And YES! The clean beach with white sand and beautiful water was the best!!

Overall my family and I had a wonderful time on our stay. There were a few small inconveniences when we first arrived but thanks to the help of Stacy at the management group our problems were addressed promptly! The property and neighborhood where this rental is located is peaceful and well maintained. We were very close to the beach as well as plenty of places to go grocery shopping for essentials. We hope to get to come back next year because it was so relaxing. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable rental this is the place for you.

The house was very clean. Adorable beach house. The neighborhood was really nice. Easy walk to the beach. Close walk to the neighborhood pool. Owners were great to deal with, fixed an issue with our washer right away. The bed in the guest room was pretty uncomfortable but not enough to deter me from staying there again.

the only issue was the A/C. it didnt cool as it should during the day, but we were gone most days so it didnt affect us that much,but Staci was there for us and willing to send a tech to check the issue.

For sometime now, we have been staying at the house when we go on vacation. We visited this property in June 2020 and my daughters absolutely loved it! It was a beautiful house, very clean and had very beautiful amenities. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was also filled with beautiful homes, and one of the things that my children enjoyed was the two swimming pools that we’re located nearby. The host and hostess were also very helpful and easy to get in contact with. It is close to most everything such as the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed our time here!

If you’re looking for the quaintness of a breezy beach-house bungalow mixed with the character and coziness of a southern craftsman cottage, this place is for you! Being near the beach was important to us when looking for a rental and this place delivered! The house has beach access that is only a short 5 minute walk away which is perfect with two kids in tow. The house is located in a family friendly Neighborhood located near grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The house is 3 bedroom that can accommodate a large family or multi-family with 3 bedrooms. The house has a lovely full kitchen for the nights you want to stay-in. We enjoyed having all the comforts of home while also feeling like we were on a tropical beach vacation. Best of both worlds! We will definitely be staying here again when we travel to Florida next year ... if it’s not already booked-up!

The house has a great lay out and it was a great place for our family vacation. It has everything we needed. It was great not having to bring sheets and bath towels! Pack your clothes and beach items and you are set! The only complaint we have is that the air conditioner had difficulty keeping up with the summer heat. The management responded to every question very promptly and politely. They even sent out the air conditioning company. I think the unit is new and was put in just prior to these managers. The location was convenient to shopping, entertainment and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The community pools were very clean. The house was very clean. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house was everything we had hoped for, and of course the beach didn't disappoint! Management was very helpful and responsive. We had trouble with our access code to the gate that gets to the beach, so I recommend checking as soon as you get there, so you can get out when you are ready for the beach! My husband and I rented Sea-esta with our four children + one of their friends. Five kids in total from 2yrs.-12yrs. and everyone really enjoyed it. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space, the Master was spacious enough for our PAC-n-Play, and I loved how spacious and open the main living area was because we weren’t tripping over each other. Sea-Esta was beautifully decorated and not overdone, and very clean. It was just a short walk (maybe a minute) to one of the community pools and we were always the only ones there. We typically stay in this particular neighborhood because of the location. The beaches are not as crowded and it’s centrally located for shopping. We would love to stay here again because it’s the perfect fit for our family.
